Mission Statement

"The Landskroner Foundation for Children" is a charitable organization established in 1998 for the benefit of children's advocacy issues. The focus of the organization is to develop, advance and promote issues that benefit children while creating opportunities and allowing for better accessibility for kids who are disadvantaged or disabled.
Acting as a friend and voice for children in need, the Landskroner Foundation for Children seeks to provide a helping hand and to act as a protective shield for children.

1. To advance and protect the rights of children and further children's issues.
2. To promote safe products and secure environments for children.
3. To facilitate the circulation of goods and services necessary to provide a healthy quality of life and fruitful childhood development.
4. To listen with open ears to the voices of children and educate the public as to kids concerns.
5. To inspire and encourage others to promote the good and welfare of children and children's best interests.

The Foundation looks to three areas of primary focus to achieve its mission:
(1) Advocacy: identifying, addressing and combating issues of safety, health and welfare, which jeopardize children.
(2) Education and outreach: teaching the community about the needs and concerns of kids and encouraging involvement with children's issues.
(3) Contribution: gathering clothes books, toys, and goods to be distributed to disadvantaged children or children with unique disabilities.

Jack Landskroner, managing partner of The Landskroner Law Firm, Ltd. founded The Landskroner Foundation for Children in 1998 located at 55 Public Square, Suite 1040, Cleveland, Ohio 44113.
Landskroner is a trial lawyer practicing in the area of personal injury litigation. In the course of his practice, Landskroner has been responsible for representing numerous children and their families in injury claims resulting from defective products, medical negligence, premise liability, and general negligence. He has always taken an active role in children's organizations as a member of the Rotsky Foundation for Mentors, Youthvisions, The Cleveland Jaycees: Helping Hands tutoring program, The Make A Wish Foundation, and Reading Program in local schools. Landskroner is one of four children. He and his wife have a daughter.
