of Unauthorized charges by Memberworks Inc., or MWI entities
We
have received numerous complaints that Memberworks, Inc.,
doing business as MWI and its affiliate companies have without
authorization taken funds from the accounts of consumers
and/or assessed charges to their credit cards without authorization.
Accordingly, our law firm has filed a series of class action
law suits now pending against Memberworks and its business
partners seeking the refund of these charges as well as
additional damages as available under the law.
